State-Based Plot Coloring is developed using Visual Studio, which is an integrated development environment from Microsoft. It is implemented using C# with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Extended WPF Toolkit is used to build the color picker that allows a user to pick a color from predefined color palettes. The software can be run on the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems for personal computers.
